This research thesis describes the implementation of the PHVA methodology to improve the productivity of the production process in parts in GRP in the Fiberglass area in an Automotive company with an Applicative-Explanatory type of research, with a focus on Quantitative research and Non-Experimental design, with the independent variable “PHVA Methodology“ and the dependent variable “Productivity“ with the general objective of determining the impact of the implementation of the PHVA methodology to improve the productivity of the production process in parts in GRP. different methods to solve the specific objectives by implementing the Pareto Diagram, Ishikawa Diagram and surveys to identify the causes of the general problem that generates low productivity, the PHVA methodology was also implemented based on the 5S tools and the standardization of production processes for the manufacturing of parts in GRP, obtaining a 100% implementation of both tools within the Fiberglass area of the Automotive company. Finally, concluding the implementation of the PHVA methodology, it was possible to improve productivity by an average of 61%, having a positive impact for the Automotive company, based on efficiency and effectiveness by 16% and 47% respectively, efficiency improved in the Raw material costs for the manufacture of GRP parts of S /. 3,031.4 to S /. 2,613.2 nuevos soles per bus and the efficiency improved the manufacturing times of GRP parts per bus from 91.94 man-hours to 62.72 man-hours.
