Relación entre la responsabilidad social y desarrollo empresarial de Multiservicios Breña en Cosme, periodo 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar la realción entre la responsabilidad social y el desarrollo empresarial de la empresa multiservicios de Cosme, en la Ciudad de Huancavelica. Se obtuvieron como resultados que la relación es positiva en base a las variables de principios éticos, compromiso con la c omunidad y medio ambiente. Todo fue en base a la encuesta Ersos y desarrollo empresarial respectivamente, realizada a los colaboradores de mencionada empresa, el cuestionario aplicado dió como resultado que más del 45% de los colaboradores mencionan que siempre la empresa fomenta y aplican las tres varibales lo cual se indentifica que la empresa está comprometida con la comunidad y son pocos lo scolaboradores que están desacuerdo. Finalmente se concluye que la relación entre la responsabilidad social y desarrollo empresarial tiene una relación positiva las respuestas de la variables influyen mucho en el resultado, en base a esto de utilizó el alfa de cronbach y se obtuvo 0.931 para medir la fiabilidad.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between social responsibility and business development of the Cosme multiservice company, in the City of Huancavelica. The results were obtained that the relationship is positive based on the variables of ethical principles, commitment to the community and the environment. Everything was based on the Ersos survey and business development respectively, carried out on the employees of said company, the applied questionnaire resulted in more than 45% of the employees mentioning that the company always promotes and applies the three variables, which is identified that the company is committed to the community and there are few collaborators who disagree. Finally, it is concluded that the relationship between social responsibility and business development has a positive relationship, the responses of the variables greatly influence the result, based on this, Cronbach's alpha was used and 0.931 was obtained to measure reliability.
