In this research work, the objective was to determine the structural response due to the effect of the liquefaction potential in soil profiles S2 and S3, for different foundation bases of the MINSA II-2 Moyobamba-San Martín Hospital, 2022. In this sense, the present The research includes a descriptive-explanatory level aspect, due to the fact that the methodologies and expressions of the liquefaction potential evidenced by the Peruvian (RNE E.050) and Spanish (NCSP-07 & NCSE-02) regulations are described, to explain the similarities and differences, by means of two standard penetration tests (SPT). In addition, the flexible base model proposed by the researchers Pais & Kausel, (1998) is developed and, in turn, adopted by the North American standard NIST GCR 12-917-21, (2012), to explain the percentage variations of the Structural responses of 12 independent reinforced concrete buildings destined for the use of a Hospital, when considering a flexible base without damping and with damping, with respect to an embedded base on soil profiles S2 and S3. Therefore, the average of results found with respect to the CSR, using the Peruvian (RNE E.050) and Spanish (NCSP-07 & NCSE-02) regulations, was obtained 0.477, 0.008 and 0.048 respectively, on the other hand, the results of the CRR 0.169, 0.009 and 0.056 were obtained, however, the results of the FSL were determined to be 0.354, 1.125 and 0.037. On the other hand, it was obtained that the maximum variation of the periods in the average building of 6 floors for a soil profile S2 and S3 was 39.09% and 93.81% respectively, in addition, the minimum variation was 32.63% and 74.15%. Finally, this research aims to contribute to the academic community, to continue studies on the effect of liquefaction potential through IDSE, also, as part of a proposal to be incorporated into RNE E.030 and E.050.
