The strength and durability of the poles in the company concrete posts of Norte SA Cajamarca is of vital importance, directly influences the demand that the company has and the coming of future customers, currently this is afflicted due to the variability that directly affect the product quality in the company. With the design and implementation of Six Sigma tools, through the DMAIC model in the company S.A- NORTH POLE Cajamarca, product quality will be improved. The main objective of this research, measure the impact that the improvement in the process of developing concrete posts, in order to improve the quality of their final product thus increasing its market, supported by the implementation of the DMAIC methodology of Six Sigma (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control). The main causes identified the existence of the variability of the resistance of the Poles are the use of empirical methods in developing mixed which in turn influence the teams are in poor, which infers in non-compliance with the technical standards stipulated by the ministry of Energy and Mines to time their repercussions on the level of resistance thereby generating not 100% meet quality standards. As for the DMAIC methodology, in the step of defining map current process was carried out, the flow chart of the company, plus a SIPOC diagram, a risk map was also performed, measured through data collection, performance in the mixing area, the stress tests of breaking the poles, performance and process capability and therefore performance Sigma level for the analysis tools were used such as Ishikawa, Pareto, in addition to statistical analysis and node failure and its effects. In part generate improvement solutions, including development of a matrix of prioritizing problems, implementation of lean Six Sigma, all you get to control applied by registration and always seeking continuous improvement. With the application of the DMAIC methodology, it was determined that to reduce the variability of the resistance of the Poles should create a training program for employees in turn generate a maintenance both preventive equipment such as corrective and thus make the process capability is rated as capable and thus achieve customer satisfaction in full.
