The present study seeks to implement photogrammetry in the optimization of topographic survey of a stretch of road in the district of challhuahuacho in Apurimac. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of photogrammetry in the optimization of topographic survey. The approach of this research is quantitative, type is applied, design is quasi-experimental and cross-sectional. Type of measurement instruments: observation and Drone MAVIC 3 ENTERPRISE RTK. The population is a road with a length of 6+957.30 Km. and the sample will be a Section I (0+000 to 3+033.29). The results obtained through the statistical method of Spearman's Rho test reached values of 0.516 and 0.073. In conclusion, it can be confirmed the impact of photogrammetry influences up to 51% in the optimization of topographic surveys, achieving a reduction of 20 days in the execution of earthworks, the case of cutting realized an increase 24. 50% and in backfill 49.97% being an influence in the equivalent cost S/ 31,777.50 soles in function to the cut and S/ 20,190.33 soles in function to the backfill generated by greater metrics.
