Evolución de la industria de telecomunicaciones en Norteamérica entre los años 2008 al 2018. Una revisión de la literatura científica

Abstract

La presente revisión sistemática, consiste en analizar la evolución de la Industria de Telecomunicaciones en Norteamérica entre los años 2008 al 2018, dicha investigación se consultaron las siguientes fuentes de investigación: Redalyc y Scielo, los documentos fueron elegidos de acuerdo a los criterios de búsqueda, al periodo de estudio, idioma, estatus de publicación, verificando si estos son coherentes con el objetivo de investigación. El objetivo general es identificar los hallazgos recientes sobre la evolución en la industria de telecomunicaciones en Norteamérica entre los años 2008 al 2018. Identificar las informaciones que existen en los artículos sobre la evolución de la Industria de Telecomunicaciones entre los años 2008 al 2018?, especificar los países con más artículos científicos sobre la evolución de la Industria de Telecomunicaciones entre los años 2008 al 2018?, conocer las bases de datos donde se encontraron los artículos sobre la evolución de la Industria de Telecomunicaciones entre los años 2008 al 2018?, describir las palabras claves que tuvieron mayor coincidencia en la búsqueda de los artículos sobre la evolución de la Industria de Telecomunicaciones entre los años 2008 al 2018. Para el proceso de investigación se utilizó la metodología PICO (Población, intervención, comparación y Outcomes (Resultados) para la construcción de preguntas y búsqueda de evidencias. Finalmente se llegó a la conclusión que la evolución de la industria de Telecomunicaciones en Norteamérica, ha sido fructífera ya que los países se han visto beneficiados por las bondades que acompañan realizar reformas y regulaciones en las políticas de las telecomunicaciones.

This systematic review consist of analyzing the evolution of the Telecommunications Industry in North America from 2008 to 2018. It is important to know the sources that were used for this research: Redalyc and Scielo. The articles were chosen according to the search criteria, which were: the study period, language, publication status and it was verified if all of these are coherent with the objectives of this investigation. The general objective of this document is to identify recent findings about the evolution of telecommunications industry in North America from 2008 to 2018. Identify the information that exists in the articles on the evolution of the Telecommunications Industry from 2008 to 2018, specify the countries that have most scientific articles about the evolution of the Telecommunications Industry from 2008 to 2018, know the information that exists in the articles about the evolution of the Telecommunications Industry from 2008 to 2018, describe the most relevant keywords in the articles research about the evolution of the Telecommunications Industry from 2008 to 2018. For the research process, the PICO methodology (Population, intervention, comparison and Outcomes) was used to construct questions and search for evidence. Finally, it can be concluded that the evolution of the telecommunications industry in North America has been fruitful, as the countries have benefited from the reforms and regulations in telecommunications policies.
