Private pension law has been in the State's agenda, because it pursues the guarantee what is prescribed in the article eleven of our Political Constitution: Pension access. The private pension administration news appears with the model that brought the constitution of companies that management pension account, which have been assuming dominant positions in the market due it confluence. The objective of this research is determine how the oligopoly in the private pension administration system affects the cost-effectiveness of the affiliates contributions, La Libertad 2018-2019. For this research, they have been applied: Documental analysis and surveys, through technological tools such as databases and Google forms. The results of the investigation confirm the existence of an oligopoly in the private pension made up for the AFP which have negative returns on the members' funds. With the results of the research, they look a faint intervention by the SBS, because it doesn't promote the incentive of free competition in the pension briefcase as a means to achieve efficiency, innovation and quality in private pension administration.
