Abstract: RESUMEN
La presente tesis tiene como objetivo encontrar las diferencias existentes según el género
de los trabajadores en el desarrollo de los Riesgos Psicosociales en el personal de 3
organizaciones de Cajamarca, Perú. Es un estudio trasversal comparativo realizado con
una muestra de 90 trabajadores de 3 organizaciones que participaron voluntariamente.
Los Riesgos psicosociales se midieron mediante un cuestionario auto-administrado
CoPsoQ ISTAS 21, que evaluó la presencia de Riesgos Psicosociales, en las
dimensiones: Exigencias psicológicas, Control sobre el trabajo, Inseguridad sobre el
futuro, Apoyo social y calidad de liderazgo, Doble presencia y Estima, según el género
del trabajador. El análisis estadístico se llevó a cabo utilizando el paquete estadístico
SPSS versión 23, basándose en el cálculo de mediana y medidas de dispersión de los
riesgos psicosociales según el género. Al comparar los resultados de Riesgos
psicosociales respecto al género se halló diferencias estadísticamente significativas en
Exigencias psicológicas, Control sobre el trabajo, Apoyo social y calidad de liderazgo y
Estima, excepto en Inseguridad sobre el futuro y Doble presencia dónde se encontró
valores similares para ambos géneros. Este es el primer estudio en Cajamarca que
compara la diferencia de género en el desarrollo de Riesgos psicosociales, tales
resultados permiten concluir que existen diferencias estadísticamente significativas en 4
de las 6 dimensiones de evaluadas

ABSTRACT The present thesis has the objective to find the differences existing according to the gender of the workers in the development of the Psychosocial Risks in the personnel of 3 organizations of Cajamarca, Peru. It is a comparative cross-sectional study carried out with a sample of 90 workers from 3 organizations that participated voluntarily. Psychosocial risks were measured by a self- administrated questionnaire called CoPsoQ ISTAS 21, which evaluated the presence of Psychosocial Risks in the dimensions: Psychological requirements, Work control, Insecurity about the future, Social support and leadership quality, Double presence and Estimate, per to the gender of the worker. Statistical analysis was carried out using the statistical package SPSS version 23, based on the calculation of median and measures of dispersion of the psychosocial risks per gender. When comparing the results of psychosocial risks with respect to gender, we found statistically significant differences in Psychological requirements, Work control, Social support and quality of leadership, and Esteem, except for Insecurity about the future and Double presence where were found similar values. This is the first study in Cajamarca comparing the gender difference in the development of psychosocial risks.
