Comportamiento del costo de servicios al aplicar el método de costeo ABC a la empresa de Transportes y Servicios Generales Lelivic S.A.C. al año 2014–2015

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el comportamiento del Costo de Servicios al aplicar el Método de Costeo Basado en Actividades en la Empresa de Transportes y Servicios Generales LELIVIC Sociedad Anónima Cerrada en el periodo 2014-2015. La investigación fue no experimental. Las conclusiones fueron: se describió la situación actual de la Empresa de Transportes y Servicios LELIVIC Sociedad Anónima Cerrada realizándose un análisis de la utilidad entre el 2014 y 2015 y la determinación de sus costos de producción y prestación de servicios, con lo cual se comprobó que la utilidad incrementó de un año a otro. Se aplicó el Sistema de Costos Basado en Actividades en la Empresa de Transportes y Servicios Generales LELIVIC SAC el cual permitió conocer los costos en los que incurre cada una de las actividades tales como: preparar y despachar la mercadería, cargar el camión y transportar y descargar el camión. Se analizó el Comportamiento en el Costo de Servicios luego de aplicar el Sistema de Costeo Basado en Actividades en el periodo 2014-2015 y se comprobó una reducción en el segundo año.

The present investigation had as objective to determine the behavior of the Cost of Services when applying the Method of Costs Based on Activities in the Empresa de Transportes y Servicios LELIVIC Sociedad Anónima Closed in the period 2014-2015. The research was non-experimental. The conclusions were: the current situation of the Transport and Services Company LELIVIC Sociedad Anónima Cerrada was described, with an analysis of the utility between 2014 and 2015 and the determination of its costs of production and provision of services, which proved that the utility increased from year to year. The Activity-Based Costing System was applied to the Transport and Services Company LELIVIC SAC which allowed us to know the costs incurred by each of the activities such as: preparing and shipping the goods, loading the truck and transporting and unloading the truck. Behavior in Cost of Services was analyzed after applying the Activity Based Costing System in the period 2014-2015 and a reduction was verified in the second year.
