The purpose of this research work was to determine the relationship between knowledge management and job performance of the public servants of the Ascope Local Educational Management Unit. The type of investigation was Correlational Non-experimental design with cross section. The population working in the Ascope's local Educational Management Unit was taken as a sample population, which amounts to 52 public servants. The data was collected through the survey technique with its instrument, the questionnaire, so two questionnaires were conducted to analyze both variables, which were subjected to a reliability test. To measure the relationship between both variables, the Pearson's correlation coefficient was calculated. The research concluded that knowledge management is directly related to job performance; having a high correlation of 0.722, where it shows that there is a significant positive relationship; In other words, as knowledge management increases, job performance will also increase in proportion. Therefore, it accepts the hypothesis presented in this work. Regarding the variables, it was identified that 94.2% of public servants perceive the variable at a regular level, while the variable job performance is perceived at a regular level by 76.90% of public servants.
