Propuesta de plan de mejora basado en la metodología 5S para el área de almacén de la empresa JT Bearing SAC

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar y diseñar una propuesta de mejora para el área del almacén de la empresa JT Bearing SAC. con el fin mejorar los procesos de almacenamiento, preparación y distribución de los pedidos, así como también optimar los espacios con los que se cuenta para esta área. Para el desarrollo del presente estudio se realizó una investigación aplicada Según su propósito; ya que buscamos encontrar mecanismos o estrategias que permitan lograr un objetivo, descriptiva correlacional Según su profundidad; ya que se buscamos describir el comportamiento de la variable dependiente el almacén con una población definida y la relación que existe entre ambas variables el almacén respecto a la metodología 5S, cuantitativa Según su naturaleza; ya que se analizó la realidad del área del almacén de la empresa a través de distintas herramientas y procedimientos que nos dieron un diagnóstico adecuado que permitió diseñar una propuesta que se ajuste a las expectativas de la dirección en busca de lograr sus objetivos, cuasiexperimental Según su manipulación de variable; ya que los grupos no serán asignados al azar, así como también hay manipulación de la variable independiente que es La Metodología 5S para determinar el efecto que esta tendrá sobre la variable dependiente que es el almacén, para después analizarlos.. Se aplicó el cuestionario como fuente primaria para obtener información, luego la observación directa para poder identificar los productos, materiales y herramientas que se utiliza en el proceso de almacenamiento, preparación y despacho de pedidos los mismos que fueron analizados y contrastados con el check list de las 5S. Luego del análisis se determinó que esta investigación evidencia el poco conocimiento que la empresa tenía respecto a la metodologia5S y los resultados que podría obtener al implementarla correctamente que van desde mejorar la gestión de materiales excedentes, optimización del espacio, orden, limpieza, estandarización; hasta adoptar la cultura del seguimiento y la perseverancia.

The questionnaire was applied as a primary source to obtain information, then direct observation to identify the products, materials and tools that are used in the process of storage, preparation and dispatch of the same ones that were analyzed and contrasted with the check list of 5S. After the analysis, it was determined that this research evidences the little knowledge that the company had regarding the methodology5S and the results that it could obtain when implementing it correctly, ranging from improving the management of surplus materials, space optimization, order, cleaning, standardization; until adopting the culture of monitoring and perseverance.
