We propose to create MuDDATTE S.A.C. Company, to provide Trujillo citizens with moving service, packing service and packing & moving service. The objective is to determine the economic and financial viability for the implementation of the company mentioned above. MuDDATTE S.A.C. will take advantage of the low level of competence in the field of local movers (we have identified few competitors), low brand recognition (79.59% of respondents did not know a formal moving company) and the growth of the construction sector (which has raise on 7.3% last year) these are key factors to consider the creation this project. MuDDATTE S.A.C. differentiation lies in granting a moving service, packing service and packing &moving service as required by the customer, with highly qualified personnel in order to avoid any complications that conventional moving service may cause to the costumer. The 35.48% of respondents showed interest in hiring the moving service, the 23.23% interest in hiring the packing service and 41.29% of respondents show interest in hiring has shown the packing &moving service. The target markets to which the company will lead are the 45,282 families would hired 1,140 services the first year on the districts of Trujillo and Victor Larco Herrera. The project will be able to provide 1200 services which requires an investment of S/. 329,676.00 Which will be financed 60% of own resources and 40% provided by a loan from Banco de Credito working capital and a loan from Scotiabank to be used as fixed asset. This investment will be earned back in two years. This study concludes that the project is profitable, taking into account the WACC of 10.68%, resulting in the following financial ratios: VANE S/. 223,642.00 VANF S/.225,993.00 TIRE 29.18% TIRF 58.72%.
