The main objective of this research work was to determine how the principle of non-revictimization would be affected in crimes of sexual rape in women, Peru 2022? Structured under current methodological guidelines, with a qualitative, basic, dogmatic theoretical approach, non-experimental design, with an explanatory level and using techniques such as virtual and in-person interviews and surveys. With a national population of 27,362 cases in 2022 and a sample from 03 prosecutors, 04 medical examiners and 02 forensic psychologists from the Public Ministry, as well as the analysis of 03 cassations, 04 annulment appeals, 02 sentencing reviews and 01 plenary agreement. The results show that institutions should protect the principle of non-revictimization in women victims of rape and strengthen care that leads to the reduction of biopsychosocial suffering with a view to punishing the aggressor. Finally, the principle of non-revictimization has been violated in the initial stage of the investigation, either due to the absence of training for the personnel involved, established procedures that were poorly used, and non-integrated and immediate evaluations. Which harms not only the victim, but also their family and social environment and the justice system.
