Condiciones para el desarrollo de la artesanía textil en Otuzco, La Libertad

Abstract

La presente investigación, responde a las necesidades que tiene los artesanos textiles de la localidad de Otuzco por mejorar sus actividades económicas. Ante esta situación se consideró necesario conocer qué condiciones son las que generan el desarrollo de la actividad textil en la localidad de Otuzco. Por ello se diseñó la presente investigación solicitando la participación de los artesanos textiles de esa localidad en el año 2019.

La investigación fue de tipo no experimental: transversal, descriptiva. Y tuvo como objetivo determinar el conocimiento que tiene el artesano textil sobre las condiciones que generan el desarrollo de la artesanía textil en el distrito de Otuzco, provincia de Otuzco.

En la investigación se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta diseñando un instrumento o cuestionario que precise las condiciones que generan el desarrollo de la actividad artesanal textil. Dicho instrumento fue aplicado a los 19 artesanos existentes en esta localidad con lo cual se pudo determinar que las condiciones que generan el desarrollo de la actividad artesanal textil son actores directos, proveedores de servicios e influencia del entorno.

Como conclusiones de esta investigación se conoció sobre los actores directos, en este caso los artesanos textiles del distrito de Otuzco, en cuanto a su organización, producción y productos. También se pudo identificar a los proveedores de servicios, siendo los proveedores locales la principal fuente por la cual los artesanos obtienen sus insumos y servicios. Por último, se conoció que el gobierno local de Otuzco es quien tiene influencia en el entorno de los artesanos.

Además, la investigación precisó las condiciones que generan al desarrollo de la artesanía textil en el distrito de Otuzco son actores directos, proveedores de servicios e Influencia del entorno. En cuanto a los actores directos se determinó que están conformados por la organización (artesanos), producción (técnicas de elaboración), comercialización (técnicas de ventas). En cuanto a proveedores de servicios se determinó que los conforman proveedores de insumos, entidades financieras y transporte y comunicaciones. Finalmente, en cuanto a influencia del entorno se determinó que está conformado por el gobierno local (municipalidad), población y capacitación limitada del estado. En cuanto a las limitaciones, el principal obstáculo fue la renuencia a brindar información por parte de los artesanos, situación que se superó a través del diálogo alturado y respetuoso.

The present investigation responds to the needs of the textile craftsmen of the town of Otuzco for improving their economic activities. Given this situation it was considered necessary to know what conditions are those that generate the development of textile activity in the town of Otuzco. For this reason the present research was designed requesting the participation of the textile artisans of that town in the year 2019.

The research was non-experimental: transversal, descriptive. The aim was to determine the knowledge that the textile artisan has about the conditions that generate the development of textile crafts in the district of Otuzco, province of Otuzco.

In the research, the survey technique was used, designing an instrument or questionnaire that would specify the conditions that generate the development of the textile craft activity. This instrument was applied to the 19 existing artisans in this locality, with which it was possible to determine that the conditions that generate the development of the artisanal textile activity are direct actors, service providers and environmental influence.

As conclusions of this investigation, it was known about the direct actors, in this case the textile artisans of the district of Otuzco, in terms of their organization, production and products. It was also possible to identify service providers, with local suppliers being the main source through which artisans obtain their supplies and services.

Finally, it was known that the local government of Otuzco is the one that has influence in the environment of artisans. In addition, the research specified the conditions that generate the development of textile crafts in the district of Otuzco are direct actors, service providers and Influence of the environment. Regarding the direct actors, it was determined that they are made up of the organization (artisans), production (production techniques), marketing (sales techniques). Regarding service providers, it was determined that they are suppliers of inputs, financial entities and transport and communications. Finally, as regards the influence of the environment, it was determined that it is made up of the local government (municipality), population and limited state training. Regarding the limitations, the main obstacle was the reluctance to provide information on the part of the artisans, a situation that was overcome through a high and respectful dialogue.
