Sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional OHSAS 18001 para minimizar pérdidas humanas, materiales y económicas en cantera Cal y Yeso Simbal S. A. C. 2021

Abstract

Este proyecto de investigación surge ante la ausencia y además por la necesidad de implementar un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional aplicada a una empresa extractiva de mineral no metálico (cal) como lo es cantera Cal y Yeso Simbal S.A.C. basada en la norma OHSAS 18001, además podemos afirmar que el presente trabajo no solamente podrá replicarse en empresas similares, también se puede aplicar a cualquier empresa que necesite un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional. El objetivo general de este proyecto de investigación es implementar un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional OHSAS 18001 y asi poder minimizar pérdidas humanas, materiales y económicas en cantera Cal y Yeso Simbal S.A.C. La metodología a utilizar para el desarrollo del presente trabajo es de tipo cuantitativo – descriptivo, la muestra a tomarse en cuenta en esta investigación son los 12 trabajadores de la cantera Cal y Yeso Simbal S.A.C., todos los resultados los presentamos por medio de gráficos, tablas, cada uno con sus respectivos análisis que van a respaldar la hipótesis planteada en este proyecto. Todo este trabajo nos permite concluir que el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional basado en la norma OHSAS 18001 ayudará a minimizar las pérdidas humanas, materiales y económicas en cantera Cal y Yeso Simbal S.A.C.

This research project arises from the absence and also from the need to implement an occupational health and safety management system applied to a non-metallic mineral (lime) extractive company such as Cal y Yeso Simbal S.A.C. Based on the OHSAS 18001 standard, we can also affirm that this work can not only be replicated in similar companies, it can also be applied to any company that needs an Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The general objective of this research project is to implement an OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system and thus be able to minimize human, material and economic losses in Cal y Yeso Simbal S.A.C. The methodology to be used for the development of this work is quantitative - descriptive, the sample to be taken into account in this research is the 12 workers of the Cal y Yeso Simbal SAC quarry, all the results are presented by means of graphs, tables, each one with their respective analysis that will support the hypothesis raised in this project. All this work allows us to conclude that the occupational health and safety management system based on the OHSAS 18001 standard will help to minimize human, material and economic losses in the Cal y Yeso Simbal S.A.C.
