Comunicación interna y desempeño laboral en trabajadores de la empresa SERVILINEMAQ EIRL - Cajamarca 2021

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene por objetivo determinar la relación entre comunicación interna y desempeño laboral en trabajadores de la empresa Servilinemaq EIRL Cajamarca 2021, se llevó a cabo una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo no experimental de tipo correlacional, la población está conformada por 32 colaboradores de la empresa Servilinemaq EIRL, no obstante, se tomó como muestra a los 32 colaboradores ya que la población era muy pequeña. La técnica utilizada en la investigación fue la encuesta y como instrumento se utilizó el cuestionario con una fiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach mediante el programa SPSS obteniendo como resultado un valor de 0,863 para la variable de comunicación interna y para la variable de Desempeño laboral arrojo un resultado de 0,801. Finalmente se demostró que existe correlación positiva muy fuerte entre la variable comunicación interna y desempeño laboral en la empresa Servilinemaq EIRL con él un coeficiente Rho Spearman con el valor de 0.788, así mismo presenta un nivel de significancia menor a 0.05 es decir que las variables se relacionan entre sí, por lo tanto, cuando se gestione adecuadamente la comunicación interna se obtendrá un mejor desempeño laboral.

The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between internal communication and work performance in workers of the company Servilinemaq EIRL Cajamarca 2021, non-experimental quantitative research of a correlational type was carried out, the population is made up of 32 employees of the company Servilinemaq EIRL, however, the 32 collaborators were taken as a sample since the population was very small. The technique used in the investigation was the survey and as an instrument the questionnaire was used with a reliability of Cronbach's Alpha through the SPSS program, obtaining as a result a value of 0.863 for the variable of internal communication and for the variable of Work performance, I gave a result of 0.801. Finally, it was demonstrated that there is a very strong positive correlation between the internal communication variable and work performance in the company Servilinemaq EIRL with a Rho Spearman coefficient with a value of 0.788, likewise it presents a level of significance of less than 0.05, that is to say that the variables are related to each other, therefore, when internal communication is properly managed, better job performance will be obtained.
