This thesis details the development of a Web System for the inventory process in Bethel television's audiovisual production area since the situation of the company before the implementation of the web system presented deficiencies in terms of its manual records for the control of the inventory process, which only provided them with a manual data record, which in turn made it difficult and delayed for them to search for any data they wanted. The objective of this research was to demonstrate to what extent the application of a new Web System with notifications via SMS and Email, would improve the inventory process in the audiovisual production area of the Bethel Television branch, in 2020. Therefore, in this thesis, the theoretical aspects of the inventory process are described, as well as the methodology to be used for the development of the software, in this case the methodology adopted is RUP with the SCRUM framework, since they are the ones that more adapts to the needs and stages of the project. The research is of an applied type, of pre-experimental design and of a quantitative approach. There was a population of 30 teams for the indicator of inventory accuracy, level of compliance and level of depreciation of products, to which the measurement was applied to evaluate the inventory process. The data collection technique was the registration and its instrument was the registration form. The implementation of the Web System in the inventory process in Bethel television's audiovisual production area allowed an increase in the percentage of the accuracy index from 50.23% to 88.76%. Dispatch compliance level 49.42% to 49.42% and product depreciation level remained as expected. The aforementioned results allowed us to conclude that the Web System improves the inventory process in Bethel television's audiovisual production area.
