This study is developed in the foreign trade sector in which goods and merchandise are exported to different destinations such as Asia and the East, and products are also imported to meet the demand of the domestic market. In an environment with great dynamism It is to be assumed that high levels of billing and collection are handled, which leads to a problem with several edges to attend to, the present analysis will try to propose alternative solutions. The study is entitled “Improvement Plan in the Billing process to increase productivity in the area of Documentation of a Logistics company, Callao 2018“ and arises as a result of the need of a company to optimize its productivity, (that is to say reduce time in the work of the area, improve the standards of customer service by citing two sections) from the process improvement. In this way, the main objective is defined as “increase productivity in the area of Documentation through an improvement plan in the billing process“. As we discussed in the first paragraph, the problem has several edges that together pose a major problem in the area; In this research we will try to create a proposal for an achievable solution that responds to the structural deficiencies that many times the pragmatism of the work environment does not allow to identify.
