This project is a detailed analysis of the construction infrastructure of a building. These infrastructures are destined to be built and several of them have already been implemented. Our ongoing research aims to find a way to optimize productivity using the traditional methodology and the (LP) methodology for the execution of the I.E. Ricardo Palma Vichayal, Piura. The exhibition of the project may have visualization problems after the execution of the stage through the traditional program. For this reason, it was decided to use a pre-made board programmed with the Last Planner tool. After implementing and carrying out this new construction method in the infrastructure, it was possible to present the project on the scheduled date; although with certain difficulties that will be described in this thesis, in order to achieve continuous improvement, with lessons learned thanks to this project. For this, all the knowledge studies were executed in the Last Planner methodology, the program was used to have our critical path and we also managed to improve the project times and we also applied the studies of the prefabricated materials.
