The investigation study allegedly raises the lack of effectiveness of the precautions established as the protection provisions in legislation 30364 “law stops avoiding, penalizing and eliminating bullying towards ladies and family members“ during the pandemic situation, given that it is evident that society was not adequately prepared to face this circumstance and our regulations lacked the necessary capacity to carry them out. And since family violence was not unrelated to the consequences of the COVID-19 outbreak, there was a significant increase in abuse in the family during the State of occurrence established in Peru, so we will see the actions of the State through of its bodies in charge of Administering Justice, the same ones that apply the law in order to counteract this reprehensible act of family violence. For which the method used was a qualitative methodology, which was characterized by having a descriptive - explanatory research method since after the observance and study of the context of the population, data analysis collected and thanks to the statistics of different entities as interviews with different characters that added and acquitted the doubts in our topic; Arriving at the conclusion that said measures prescribed in the law were not enough to prevent family violence and therefore the protection measures were inadequate to counteract such acts of violence in the context of a State of emergency and social isolation.
