Evaluación de la eficiencia de la operación y mantenimiento del sistema de alcantarillado del distrito de Ichocán – San Marcos, 2018

Abstract

RESUMEN En el presente trabajo de investigación se evaluó la eficiencia de la operación y mantenimiento del sistema de alcantarillado del distrito de Ichocán de la provincia de San Marcos, departamento de Cajamarca. La metodología consistió en diseñar instrumentos de recolección de datos para evaluar las características tanto de infraestructura como del funcionamiento del sistema de alcantarillado. Para ello se elaboró el Formato N° 1 denominado Datos generales del sistema de alcantarillado, Formato N° 2 denominado Operación y mantenimiento y el Formato N° 3 denominado Operación y mantenimiento – Inspección por tramos. Luego los instrumentos de recolección de datos se validaron utilizando la metodología de Alfa de Cronbach, en base a lo propuesto por Mori, 2015. Para la valoración se tuvieron los niveles: Muy eficiente, regular y muy deficiente. Los resultados de la investigación fueron los siguientes: en la operación se obtuvo 12 puntos que representa el 26.08% y en el mantenimiento se obtuvo 14.47% que representa el 31.47%, el nivel de eficiencia llegó a un 57.55%. Este resultado de la evaluación permitió determinar que la eficiencia de la operación y mantenimiento del sistema de alcantarillado se encuentra en un estado regular.

ABSTRACT In this research work, the efficiency of the operation and maintenance of the sewer system of the district of Ichocán of the province of San Marcos, department of Cajamarca, was evaluated. The methodology consisted of designing data collection instruments to evaluate the characteristics of both infrastructure and operation. For this, Format N° 1 called General Sewer System Data, Format N° 2 called Operation and Maintenance and Format N° 3 called Operation and Maintenance - Inspection by sections. Then the data collection instruments were validated using the Cronbach Alpha methodology, based on what was proposed by Mori, 2015. For the valuation the levels were taken: Very efficient, regular and very poor. The results of the investigation were the following: in the operation 12 points were obtained that represent 26.08% and in the maintenance it was obtained 14.47% that represents 31.47%, the efficiency level reached 57.55%. This evaluation result allowed to determine that the efficiency of the operation and maintenance of the sewerage system is in a regular state.
