stock) frente a fidelización.
The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between omnichannel and customer loyalty of retail in Cajamarca. The methodology was of the basic type, and non- experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design, with a sample of 291 retail customers chosen at random. The instrument used was a questionnaire validated by expert and reliable judgment with Cronbach's alpha of 0,913; which considered both study variables with their dimensions of 25 questions in total, with a liker scale. The results showed a Pearson's correlation coefficient “r” of 0.731 between the omnichannel and loyalty variables; also values of 0.579; 0.673; 0.560 for the dimensions of service channels, purchase process and stock management versus loyalty. The hypothesis was verified by chi-square, resulting in values lower than 0.05, which means that the hypotheses proposed were approved. It is concluded that there is a positive average relationship between the omnichannel and loyalty variables and between each one of the omnichannel dimensions (customer service channels, purchase process and stock management) versus loyalty.
