This thesis was carried out in the company RESURRECTION E.I.R.L., since it currently has a low profitability in production due to an inadequate management of granulated and fine lime production; as well as its main products. The present work has been developed with the purpose of increasing the profitability of the company RESURRECCIÓN EIRL., For this purpose it has been proposed to improve the current situation of the Production Area, through a proposal of improvement in the management of material requirements and capacity of execution of its production (MRP II), ABC, and Division of Warehouses. To carry out this improvement proposal, first, the diagnosis of the current situation of the industrial process was made, the main problems that increase the operational costs are: there is no adequate control of the outputs and inputs (Kardex), inadequate distribution of warehouses, production stops due to lack of materials, misallocation of materials to company technicians, lack of monitoring of suppliers, inadequate assignment of functions to technicians and administrative personnel of the company. These improvement proposals will increase the sales of their services by 22%; the number of workers was reduced to 35, annual income of s /. 961 278; all this with the proposal of the mentioned tools. To complete it, an economic financial evaluation was carried out, obtaining a NPV of S /. 23 702, an IRR of 43.54 and B / C of 1.20; which indicates that the project is PROFITABLE.
