Abstract: El objetivo de la investigación fue establecer diferencias en el Síndrome de Burnout en promotores y administrativos de una empresa de Call Center de Lima Norte. El diseño fue no experimental de tipo descriptiva-comparativa. La muestra fue conformada por 157 trabajadores de los cuales 98 fueron promotores y 59 administrativos, de ambos sexos. El instrumento usado fue el Inventario de Síndrome de Burnout de Maslach. Los resultados señalan que no existen diferencias significativas en el Síndrome de Burnout entre promotores y administradores. Así mismo se encontró que tan solo un 22% de los administrativos y un 30,6% de los promotores presentan bajo nivel de Síndrome de Burnout. Se halló diferencias significativas del Síndrome de Burnout en los trabajadores según años de servicio, presentando más índices de Síndrome de Burnout los trabajadores que tienen más de 2 años de servicio.
The objective of the research was to establish differences in Burnout Syndrome in promoters and administrators of a Call Center in North Lima. The design was non-experimental descriptive - comparative. The sample was made up of 157 workers of which 98 were promoters and 59 administrators, of both sexes.
