In this research work entitled “The internal control of trade accounts receivable and its impact on the liquidity of the Transport Company of Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre, Callao, 2017“ SA, we seek to demonstrate the importance of internal control and As this is reflected in liquidity, it is structured as follows: Chapter I describes the problems, such as the low liquidity due to the mismanagement of trade accounts receivable and this is because the company is familiar and does not have adequate internal control, in addition to the personnel who carry out the Collection work fulfills other functions, in addition to that it does not have collection policies. To do this, we establish the objectives and hypotheses so that in this way we can analyze the impact of internal control of commercial accounts receivable on liquidity. In Chapter II, it refers to the research methodology, which is of the applied type, correlational cut and non-experimental cross-sectional design. For this reason, the workers of the Transport Company Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre S.A. were taken into account as a population. As a sample and questionnaires were conducted to the 4 managers of each area that are key to being able to measure the variables under study. Chapter III presents the results of the research that were obtained, evaluating the impact of internal control of trade accounts receivable and its impact on liquidity, using questionnaires, liquidity ratios and delinquency indicators. In Chapter IV, the results are discussed and concluded, where compliance with the hypotheses is determined. Finally, the bibliographic references detailing the sources of information that have been used in the research and finally the annexes are detailed.
