The objective of the research is to determine the influence of the standardization of the operative processes on the productivity of the company “Industria S. & BSRL“, The analysis allowed to visualize the operational processes of the footwear company, standardize them so that the production area improves the productivity. It was developed based on the standardization of processes, which generated an initial analysis, this has been a main part of the work, allowing important improvements to be raised to the processes in order to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. 83.33% of production processes were standardized, these being: Cutting, Profiling, Assembly and Finishing. The generated effect is directly associated with productivity, as well as with controlled, efficient activities, and with added value to the internal and external client, which makes it possible to establish the possibility of adopting this research work in order to improve institutional management, standardize the processes this has an influence on productivity, increasing the operational efficiency in the production area of the company Industria S & B SRL (cutting, profiling, assembly and finishing) identifying the problems and achieving optimized production times, gave a saving of S/.1,125.00 soles per month (5.62%) in the total cost of production. Financial indicators were VAN=21,199.53, TIR =85.40%; B/C =2.01, IR=2.80
