ABSTRACT This research is a proposal for improvement in the areas of production and logistics in the company Creditex S.A.A which aims to increase profitability. For which a detailed diagnosis of the company was made and subsequently engineering methods were used as: VSM ,Balance de línea, Mejora de métodos, Manual de procedimientos, Análisis ABC. After the analyzes performed with the proposed methodologies, were set a target of reducing to 4% rush orders and achieve up to 85% of orders with purchase orders served, on the other hand was able to reduce the time bottleneck cycle 11.14% approximately one, of 00:07:12 to 00:06:28 min. Additionally it aims to reduce waste wick generated in the continuous zone of 0.62% to 0.31% and the purchase of anticipated spare parts for carding machines, so the downtime of the machine will be reduced from 2.5 average days per month average 1.5 days month, generating a year increased production of 11,101.69 kg / year, considering the implementation of the two proposals detailed above. Subsequently an economic analysis was performed to verify that the study is viable for the company. Given an investment for the implementation of the proposed improvements, it came to get a Net Present Value (NPV) of S / 110,150.00 and an Internal Rate of Return of 155%.
