In this research work, called “Violation of the right to work of unionized public cleaning workers of the Municipality of Metropolitan Lima“, which aims to determine how the right to work of unionized public cleaning workers of Lima is violated. the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima. The simple descriptive method will be used, the population in the present investigation is made up of unionized public cleaning workers of the Municipality of Metropolitan Lima and the sample is made up of (06) leaders of the union of public cleaning workers, the technique used is the survey, which was created and applied through an Interview Guide that will allow us to collect data, information and determine the violation of the right to work of public cleaning workers. It was concluded that there is a violation of the right to work for public cleaning workers as they are not recognized as essential workers, workers who carry out their main activity, specific to the municipalities, which, being considered third-party workers, are victims of job instability, salary insecurity, Poor health and safety conditions for the worker. Constitutional supremacy must be respected according to article 2, 23 where it indicates that no employment relationship can limit the exercise of constitutional rights, nor ignore or lower the dignity of the worker.
