La capacitación financiera y sus efectos en la rentabilidad de la empresa MELV Representaciones E.I.R.L en el año 2017

Abstract

La siguiente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar cómo la capacitación financiera tiene efectos en la rentabilidad de la empresa MELV REPRESENTACIONES E.I.R.L; para ello se logró identificar los puntos débiles del negocio. La metodología empleada es deductiva; básicamente se ha utilizado la técnica de la encuesta aplicando un cuestionario a una muestra de 08 personas; siendo la población la misma cantidad de consultados. Los resultados de esta han servido para el desarrollo de los aspectos más importantes del presente trabajo, desde el planteamiento del problema hasta la contratación de las hipótesis. Este trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad mostrar como la capacitación financiera influye positivamente en la rentabilidad de la empresa mediante la aplicación y cálculo de las ratios de rentabilidad economía y financiera se encontrará las disminuciones que esta presenta; dentro de estos se encontrará los indicadores de rentabilidad sobre los activos, rentabilidad bruta, rentabilidad neta, rentabilidad sobre el patrimonio, para la verificación de cómo se encuentra la empresa. Estos indicadores fueron comparados con los Estados financieros reales, permitiendo de esta manera alcanzar resultados positivos para la empresa ayudando a mejorar y aumentar la rentabilidad que obtiene la empresa de acuerdo con lo propuesto, logrando así alcanzar los objetivos fijados.

The following research aims to determine how financial training affects the profitability of the company MELV REPRESENTACIONES E.I.R.L; for this, the weak points of the business were identified. The methodology used is deductive; basically the survey technique has been used by applying a questionnaire to a sample of 08 people; the population being the same number of respondents. The results of the same have served for the development of the most important aspects of the present work, from the approach of the problem to the contracting of the hypotheses. This research work aims to show how financial training positively influences the profitability of the company through the application and calculation of the economic and financial profitability ratios will be the decreases that it presents; Within these you will find the indicators of profitability on assets, gross profitability, net profitability, profitability on equity, for the verification of how the company is. These indicators were compared with the real financial statements, thus allowing to achieve positive results for the company helping to improve and increase the profitability that the company obtains according to the proposed, thus achieving the objectives set.
