This research focuses on a main objective, is to perform a comparative analysis of the mechanical properties for the base between a normal soil and a soil stabilized with recycled cement at 2%, 4% and 6%, Lima Norte 2020. The applied methodology will be descriptive - comparative, so also his quasiexperimental research design. The Operationalization of variables table was used, it was obtained as an independent variable “Normal soil and soil stabilized with recycled cement at 2%, 4% and 6%“ and as a dependent variable “Mechanical properties for the base in normal and stabilized soils with recycled cement”, which will determine the characteristics of the structure and composition of the final product through a technical observation sheet. The affirmed samples to be analyzed are 4 samples for the standard, 4 samples with 2% recycled cement, 4 samples with 4% recycled cement, and 4 samples with 6% recycled cement. To decide and / or choose the added percentage that best helps the base, it is necessary to analyze the results obtained from the tests and methods carried out: “Natural density by the sand replacement method in excavation - sand cone method“, “CBR Modified Proctor Compaction Test“, “California Support Value (CBR) Test”. Subsequently, with the data obtained, a comparison is made between them to determine the advantages and disadvantages, in addition to establishing whether the soil samples with recycled cement in their composition have any additional property to that of natural soil.
