In view of the high competitiveness and dynamism that exists today, many companies have been forced to multiply their efforts to become more competitive every day. In the labor market of service companies, obtaining quality services at a not so high cost has prevailed. In this context, the continuous improvement of companies has become a necessity. These seek the same tools, optimizing processes and maximizing resources to achieve success. For this reason, the best way to obtain them is by applying the PDCA cycle. It is a dynamic cycle that can be used within the process of multiple organizations. It is a simple application tool and, when used properly, could help with the execution of these activities in an organized and efficient manner. Therefore, the objective of the development of this thesis is to improve the management of the processes to solve the problems that have been affecting the productivity of the services performed by a company that is dedicated to the heading of general, environmental and sanitation services. For which the PDCA methodology was used.
