The main objective of this research work is the study and development of a repair system of two to more cracks at an early age with epoxy resins in rigid pavements whose maximum form factor is 1.25, with acceptance criteria according to the Road Manual “General Technical Specifications for Construction“ (EG - 2013), the same as in section 438.24: If a rigid pavement presents a single fissure, either parallel and / or perpendicular to any of the boards, the supervision will authorize the provisional reception of this slab, only if this fissure is allowed to be sealed efficiently, if cracks of another nature or more, such as those of the corner, are present, the supervision shall order the demolition of the pavement and its immediate reconstruction. The problem arises because the standard EG2013, exhorts that a concrete cloth of 1.25 of form factor if it has more than 02 fissures, this must be demolished, here we show that this could be avoided using epoxy resins, which are demonstrated both in the experimental part of field as statistically with the t-studen Determine the causes of cracks, openings and their limitations, in the same way specify how to repair them based on epoxy resins, optimizing their proper functioning, prolonging their useful life and ensuring adequate work of the slabs. Repair procedures are proposed for each type of pathology, using an easy-to-read matrix.
