The use of social networks has positive results to achieve customer loyalty, its implementation in its operations through advertising through digital media, in the e-commerce application, will result in an increase in user loyalty and therefore an increase in sales. This study aims to determine the relationship between social networks and customer loyalty in the Regional Management of Transport and Communications of the Regional Government of Callao (GRTC-GRC), Lima - Peru in the first quarter of 2023. The research It is of a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, correlational scope, and a sample of 329 administered. The technique was the survey and the questionnaire as an instrument. The results were that the majority of respondents always use their social networks to search for information on license procedures, find out about promotions, see advertisements and apply e-commerce, which is highly related to loyalty since they continue to access the service for various procedures, for their experiences more good than bad. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between social networks and customer loyalty in the GRTC-GRC, at a considerable positive level (sig=0.000; Spearman's Rho=0.651**).
