Pericias psicológicas y denuncias de violencia familiar en las Fiscalías Especializadas en Violencia contra la Mujer y los Integrantes del Grupo Familiar de Puente Piedra, 2021

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal determinar de qué manera las pericias psicológicas influyen en las denuncias de violencia familiar en las Fiscalías Especializadas en Violencia contra la Mujer y los Integrantes del Grupo Familiar de Puente Piedra, 2021. El propósito de esta investigación fue básico con enfoque mixto y diseño no experimental, con un nivel exploratorio y método sociológico, además se utilizó instrumentos como cuestionario de encuesta virtual, ficha de análisis de documentos y análisis documental de reportes. Los principales resultados fueron que las pericias psicológicas influyen positivamente en las denuncias de violencia familiar, sin embargo, no profundizan el grado real de afectación de las víctimas debiéndose complementar con otras técnicas de evaluación. Las limitaciones fueron divididas en limitaciones de la investigación y de la investigadora, las cuales estaban vinculadas a la información y el territorio, además del factor humano y el tiempo. Del mismo modo, las implicancias fueron prácticas, teóricas y metodológicas. Finalmente, se concluyó que las pericias psicológicas se encuentran sistematizadas con una práctica repetitiva por los peritos en las denuncias de violencia familiar, ya que no se cumplen los parámetros previamente establecidos, ocasionando que las investigaciones se extiendan o archiven.

The main objective of this study is to determine how psychological expertise influence in domestic violence complaints in the “Fiscalías Especializadas en Violencia contra la Mujer” (Specialized Prosecutors for Violence against Women) and the “Integrantes del Grupo Familiar de Puente Piedra” (Members of the Puente Piedra Family Group), 2021. The purpose of this investigation was basic with a mixed approach and a non-experimental design, with an exploratory level and sociological method, also, instruments such as virtual survey questionnaire, document analysis sheet and documentary analysis of reports were used. The main results showed that psychological expertise positively influence in domestic violence complaints, however, they do not deepen the victim’s real degree of affectation, so they should be complemented with other evaluations techniques. The limitations were divided into limitations of the research and the researcher, which were linked to the information and the territory, in addition to the human factor and time. In the same way, the implications were practical, theoretical and methodological. In conclusion, the psychological expertise are systematized with a repetitive practice by the experts in domestic violence complaints, since the preset parameters are not met, causing investigations to be extended or archived.
