Sistema web en la gestión de libros de los sacramentos para una parroquia en Trujillo en el año 2021

Abstract

En la presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar la influencia de un sistema web en la gestión de libros de los sacramentos llevado a cabo por el personal administrativo de una Parroquia en Trujillo en el año 2021. El tipo de estudio fue pre-experimental; con una muestra constituida por todo el personal administrativo de una Parroquia en Trujillo. Se han aplicado fichas de observación para la recopilación de datos y para el análisis de datos se utilizó la herramienta estadística de Microsoft Excel y XLSTAT; como también la prueba de t student. Las dimensiones comprendidas en la variable dependiente fueron tiempo de respuesta y supervisión de reportes en la gestión de libros de los sacramentos, mientras que las dimensiones comprendidas en la variable independiente fueron usabilidad y tiempo de respuesta en el sistema web. Los resultados obtenidos demostraron que la implementación de un sistema web en la gestión de libros de los sacramentos nos permite ofrecer una mejor organización en tiempos y supervisión de reportes de los sacramentos de los fieles y así aumenta la calidad de servicio de la parroquia. Con base en lo mencionado, podemos concluir que el uso de un sistema web en la gestión de libros de los sacramentos en la parroquia nos permitirán mejorar la calidad de los procesos internos del personal administrativo.

On the present research work, it was carried out with the objective of determining the influence of a web system in the management of books of the sacraments carried out by the administrative of at Parish in Trujillo in the year 2021. The type of study was pre-experimental; with a sample made up of all the administrative staff of Parish. Observation sheets were applied for data collection and the Microsoft Excel and XLSTAT statistical tools were used for data analysis; as well as the student's t test. The dimensions included in the dependent variable were response time and supervision of reports in the book management of the sacraments, while the dimensions included in the independent variable were usability and response time in the web system. The results obtained showed that the implementation of a web system in the management of books of the sacraments allows us to offer a better organization in time and supervision of reports of the sacraments of the faithful and thus increases the quality of service of the parish. Based on the aforementioned, we can conclude that the use of a web system in the management of books of the sacraments in tparish will allow us to improve the quality of the internal processes of the administrative staff.Keywords: Web system, book management, sacrament, administrative.
