ABSTRACT This is a descriptive research, carried out in order to know objectively workmanship yields more representative for the district of Baños del Inca - Cajamarca, which can be compared with the use of the method of use one plastering in a common activity in the construction of buildings, as is plastering of a interior wall. To do this, this investigation was applied in the Urb. Colinas Victoria city of Baños del Inca - Cajamarca, on the second floor of a four-story multifamily building that is at the finishes stages. The location of the building, between two close parallel streets, with design of two apartments per floor, each with separate exit to their respective streets and similar in layout and dimensions of their environments, favored enormously carry out the research, as a department was plastering by the conventional method and other using a plastering. In both cases we used the same type of materials (cement, fine sand and water) The research has been conducted in compliance with the previous and very seriously in making and data processing approaches, finally reaching completion and validate the hypothesis, because it was shown that using the method of plastering better yields compared to the conventional method, as it was improved by 228.94% performance pañeteo phase and 22.71% in a phase without finishing.
