This research analyzes the relationship between interpersonal values and the level of job satisfaction of employees at Cotton Creations SAC textile company from matríztico approach, in which interpersonal values are assumed as part of the operational conditions that generate good- Being and harmony in an organization. In accordance with the objective of the investigation, the 31 employees of the Cotton Creations textile company were evaluated, which are made up of managers, bosses and subordinates. After that, we proceeded to identify if the presence of interpersonal values is evidenced and if these are related to the level of job satisfaction. The variables worked for this study were evaluated using the following instruments: interpersonal values questionnaire - SIV, which explores the presence of interpersonal values interpreted under the postulate by cultural biology in which Maturana indicates that under the presence of these operational conditions harmony centered coexistence is sustained (CNN Chile, 2014), and the Job Satisfaction Scale of Sonia Palma SL - SP (1999) that assesses the level of employee satisfaction of employees under the presence of seven factors was also used. Finally, through the application of the instruments it was found that there is a significant correlation between benevolence interpersonal value and the level of job satisfaction. Likewise, it is evidenced that interpersonal values such as compliance and support are moderately correlated, and that leadership interpersonal value has a relationship with the level of job satisfaction with a low positive trend, so it is inferred that value could be interfering with level of job satisfaction.
