Estudio correlacional del estrés laboral y de los riesgos psicosociales laborales en pilotos no comerciales Lima – Perú 2021

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la variable Estrés laboral y Riesgos psicosociales laboral en pilotos no comerciales Lima- Perú. La investigación responder a un enfoque cuantitativo de alcance descriptivo-correlacional con diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. Los instrumentos empleados para su aplicación fueron los siguientes: Inventario de Cuestionario de riesgos psicosociales en el trabajo, versión 1.5 (CoPsoQ istas21) y Cuestionario de Estrés Laboral (JSS; Spielberger y Vagg). Los resultados van orientados a establecer la relación entre la variable Estrés Laboral y las cinco dimensiones de la variable Riesgos psicosociales, donde se evidenció relación entre las variables de investigación presentadas.

The present objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the variable Work stress and Psychosocial risks in non-commercial pilots Lima- Perú. The research responds to a non-experimental, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional design. The instruments used for its voluntary application to the indicated sample were the following: Inventory of the Psychosocial Risk at Work Questionnaire, version 1.5 (CoPsoQ istas21) and theWork Stress Questionnaire (JSS; Spielberger and Vagg). The results are aimed at establishing the relationship between the Work Stress variable and the five dimensions of the Psychosocial Risks variable, where a relationship between the research variables presented was evidenced.
