The general objective of this work is to design an improvement with Lean Manufacturing tools to increase productivity in an industrial processor, Trujillo, 2022. One of the main problems of the company is the low productivity in the production line since in the previous analysis a lack of maintenance of the machinery was identified, non-existent production programming, non-existence of purchasing programming, poor distribution of areas in the plant and the lack of order and cleanliness, which generated a loss of S/. 40,095.27 and a productivity of 0.075 thousand per man hour per year. The type of research is applied since our objective is to design an improvement for the resolution of the different problems in the industrial processor and thus increase productivity. For this reason, the improvement with Lean Manufacturing was designed with the tools Layout, 5'S Methodology, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Just in Time (JIT) and MRP. Managing to increase productivity by 0.033 thousand per man hour (44%). Through the design of 5's. TPM, layout and Jit, it is possible to reduce the loss due to lack of order and cleanliness from 973.70 to 134.31 soles per year, due to lack of maintenance from 5618 to 2383.50 soles per year; due to the lack and inexistence of a production plan and purchases from 31507.19 to 20,010.29 soles per year and likewise the total distance traveled was reduced, through the redistribution of 51.4m to 32.7m. A Net Present Value of S/. 6357.78, an internal rate of return of 14.47% and finally a Benefit-Cost of S/.1.72, assuming the viability of the improvement design with Lean Manufacturing tools in the industrial processing company.
