Implementación de un sistema contable computarizado y su incidencia en la toma de decisiones, en la empresa Transportes A&B S.A.C. Puente Piedra, 2017

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal demostrar que con la implementación y aplicación de un Sistema de Información Contable mejorará significativamente la gestión de la contabilidad en la empresa de Transportes A & B SAC en el año 2017. El sistema de información contable que implementó la empresa Transportes A & B SAC es el SISCONT, se comparó la información contable con el sistema manual con respecto a la información contable del 2017 según el criterio que tiene la empresa. Durante la realización de la tesis se utilizaron técnicas de investigación como la observación directa, análisis documental y entrevista con el fin de tener una noción global de los lineamientos que tiene la empresa para la gestión contable y analizar sistemáticamente y estructuradamente la información necesaria concerniente a la empresa. Llegando a la conclusión que la gerencia de la empresa Transportes A & B SAC, debe desarrollar un plan de capacitar permanente al personal involucrado con el área contable en temas de manejo adecuado, actualizaciones e innovaciones, con la finalidad de aprovechar mejor todas las funcionalidades del sistema de información contable SISCONT.

He present research has as main objective to show that the implementation and application of Accounting Information System will significantly improve the management of accounting in the carrier A & B SAC in 2017. The accounting information system that implements the company A & B SAC is SISCONT, accounting management of previous years were compared with respect to the 2017 accounting management according to the criteria that the company has. While conducting thesis research techniques were used as direct observation, document analysis and interviews in order to have a global notion of the guidelines of the company to management accounting and systematically and structurally analyze the necessary information concerning to the enterprise. Concluding: Company management courrier A & B SAC, should develop a plan to train permanent staff involved with the accounting in proper management issues, updates and innovations, in order to better use all the features of accounting information system SISCONT.
