The present research seeks to analyze the perception of the incorporation of automation processes in an industrial company that produces and markets snacks, San Juan de Lurigancho, 2021, applying a basic quantitative-descriptive study with a non-experimental design, with a sample of 124 employees of an industrial company in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho, for which the instrument used was a questionnaire with 15 items on a Likert scale and a total of 4 dimensions for the analysis of the variable. The results of the study revealed that 49.2% of the participants expressed strong opposition to automation. In the occupational risk dimension, 37.6% expressed significant concerns. In the economic inequality dimension, 38.7% expressed strong concern, highlighting awareness of the economic implications. The dimension of change in the nature of work revealed that 55.6% perceive significant change, highlighting the need for adaptation and skills development. In the dimension of job uncertainty, 58.1% expressed strong concern. In conclusion, the adaptation and effective management of these automated technological changes are essential to preserve the emotional stability and job security of workers in this context of labor transformation.
