The objective of this study was to: Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the use of emergency oral contraception in users of the Sandolab Callao Diagnostic Center - January/February, 2022. Regarding materials and methods, it is established that, a quantitative study, non-experimental design, descriptive and correlational, was developed with a sample of 40 users, to whom two questionnaires were applied, one about knowledge about Emergency Oral Contraception, consisting of 10 questions; and another, about the use of Emergency Oral Contraception, consisting of 11 questions. A data normality test was performed, which stated that Spearman's Rho nonparametric statistical test should be used for inferential analysis. The results indicated that the level of knowledge regarding AOE in the study sample was medium (67.5%), likewise, the type of AOE use in the study sample was regular (72.5%), on the other hand, the correlational analysis showed that a correlation coefficient equal to .678**, with a significance level of p. value equal to 0.05. It was concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between the study variables. It was concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between the study variables.
