The general objective was to elaborate the proposal of economic technical improvement for reinforced concrete beams with added recycled ground glass in a mixture design optimizing f´c = 210 kg / cm2. It is a type of applied research, because it will serve as a new technique for the development and elaboration of concrete with the addition of recycled ground glass, optimizing f'c = 210 kg / cm2, allowing to obtain alternative materials for reinforced concrete beams with similar mechanical properties. or better than conventional structural elements and also reduce the environmental impact. The research carried out is of experimental design where the type of sampling is non-probabilistic for convenience and being of a quasi-experimental level, its population is the same as the sample, for which the comparison and percentage analysis of the results that the tests carried out in the laboratory. Likewise, the statistical program the IBM SPSS v25 was used, the “T-Student” test with a significance level of 5%, which determined the reliability of the research instrument. Therefore, we conclude with a significance level of 5% that there is sufficient evidence to affirm that at 7, 14 and 28 days the influence of adding 5% of ground recycled glass was more efficient than the conventional design, both in compression and flexion. Likewise, the optimization of the cost for each cubic unit of concrete produced.
