Propuesta de un aplicativo móvil interno para optimizar los procesos operativos del servicio integral de sepelio en un camposanto de Lima Metropolitana, 2017

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente tesis tiene como objetivo desarrollar la propuesta de un aplicativo móvil interno para optimizar los procesos operativos del servicio integral de sepelio. En el rubro de servicios, Parques y Cementerios, la creación de un aplicativo móvil interno permite, como estrategia de desarrollo, optimizar los Procesos operativos del Servicio Integral de Sepelio tomando en cuenta un camposanto de Lima Metropolitana. El resultado esperado se reflejará en una mejora en el flujo del proceso de Definición de Servicio, Acondicionamiento del Servicio Funerario y Acondicionamiento del DS, lo cual va permitirá tener una mejor distribución de recursos en cada los sub proceso, y a su vez, permitirá tener un mayor seguimiento a los indicadores de gestión, por lo tanto, tendrá un impacto positivo en la satisfacción de los clientes, debido a que los servicios se ejecutaran en los tiempos estimados. Por ello, el uso del Aplicativo móvil interno para optimizar los procesos operativos del servicio integral de sepelio, nos permitirá atender un mayor número de servicios con los mismos recursos y con un 82% de reducción de tiempos en el proceso realizado. Esta propuesta se muestra como opción a ser usada en otras áreas de la empresa, sean operativas o no. PALABRAS CLAVE: aplicativo móvil interno, procesos operativos, servicio integral de sepelio.

ABSTRACT The objective of this thesis is to develop the proposal of an internal mobile application to optimize the operational processes of the integral burial service. In the area of services, Parks and Cemeteries, the creation of an internal mobile application allows, as a development strategy, to optimize the operational processes of the Integral Sepelio Service taking into account a Metropolitan Lima cemetery. The expected result will be reflected in an improvement in the flow of the process of Service Definition, Preparing the Funeral Service and Conditioning the DS, which will allow for a better distribution of resources in each sub process, and in turn, will allow for a Greater monitoring of the management indicators, therefore, will have a positive impact on customer satisfaction, because the services will be executed in the estimated times. For this reason, the use of the internal Mobile Application to optimize the operative processes of the integral burial service will allow us to attend a greater number of services with the same resources and with an 82% reduction of times in the process performed.
