The companies of today have to reinvent themselves constantly redefining the strategy in the management of human talent, to perform an adequate internal rotation of personnel cconsidering that employees are trained to achieve their constructive, reflective potential and are able to adapt to the changes in the enviroment. Therefore achieve cohesion in teamwork and thus improve the conditions that hinder the execution of their daily tasks, being able to understand the differences between members of the área to be empathic, adapting their behavior and thinking to unexpected situations. Thus, the objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the work environment and the rotation of personnel in the general education área of a private university in Trujillo. The study was of a correlational type, with a non-experimental, transversal design, using a non-probabilistic sampling. We worked with a simple of 71 teachers from the general education área of a private university in Trujillo. The results indicate an average level of work climate and staff turnover. The results indicate an average level of work climate and a low level of turnover. When correlating the orientation, visión, safety and innovation dimensions of the working climate variable wiith the rotation variable, the null hypotheses were accepted, finding that there is no relationship between these dimensions and the rotation variable. Finally, it is concluded that there is no relationship, having obtained a P value of 0.871, wich is greater than 0.05, and therefore the null hypothesis is accepted. This shows that although there are certain limitations in the work environment, employees are committed and loyal to the insti tution in wich they work.
