This research thesis seeks to determine the reduction in the release time of the structural items due to the complexities of the projects to be reviewed due to the different items carried out in the field and the cost per protocol review. The general objective of the study was to determine which measures the mobile application Power apps influences to improve the cost and time, efficiency and effectiveness in the construction of the “INTENSE“ multifamily project. The methodology was quantitative, applied, descriptive and non-experimental. The construction was from basement one to third level plus roof, with a duration of 60 days, direct observation was applied and the documentary analysis cost them directly before the mobile application with a value of S/ 2,553,822.34 and its daily average of S / 73,764.86. With expenses for reviewing protocols of S/ 2,458.83 After the Power apps application, its value was S/ 40,980.48 and its daily average was S/ 1,366.02. Review time was an increase from 375.70 minutes of average productive time before Power Apps to 393.40 minutes after Power Apps; in the same way that from 211.00 minutes of average contributory time before Power apps to 296.43 minutes after Power apps. Regarding the average non-contributory time, it decreased from 164.70 minutes before Power apps to 96.97 minutes after Power apps. This means an increase of 4.71% (productive time) and 40.49% (contributory time), and a reduction of 58.88% (non-contributory time). The mobile app significantly improved efficiency and effectiveness. Regarding efficiency, it went from 62% before the application of Power apps to 82% after the application. And in terms of efficiency, it went from 0.78 before Power apps to 1.00 after Power apps. The mobile application significantly improved the review cost and review time, efficiency and effectiveness in the “intense“ multifamily project.
