Abstract: El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre hábitos alimentarios y rendimiento académico en alumnos de primaria de I.E.”Albert Einstein” – Satipo,2021. La metodología: cuantitativa, de diseño no experimental, observacional, descriptivo-correlacional, transversal. El tipo muestreo no probabilístico, por conveniencia; participaron 44 alumnos, que cumplen los criterios de inclusión. Se aplicaron dos instrumentos: un Cuestionario: “hábitos alimentarios” y registro de notas. Los resultados según hábitos alimentarios demostraron que 61,3%de los alumnos presentaron hábitos saludables y 38,6% hábitos no saludables; asimismo presentan un estado de situación de aprobados de 88,6% y 11,8% desaprobados. Según hábitos saludables y aprobados 88,9% y 11,1 desaprobados; hábitos no saludables: aprobados 88.2% y desaprobados 11.8%. con un Rho Spearman de 0,948. Conclusión: Existe correlación positiva fuerte entre hábitos alimentarios y rendimiento académico.
The objective of this work was to determine the relationship between eating habits and academic performance in primary school students of I.E.Albert Einstein - Satipo.Junín.2021. Methodology: quantitative, non-experimental design, observational, descriptive-correlational, cross-sectional. The non-probabilistic demonstrated type, for convenience; 44 students participated, meeting the inclusion criteria.
