This work has been created to determine the feasibility of entering the export market with the marketing of handmade products from Peru, based on the opportunity to open international markets as well as opening a shop in Nottingham City – England; in this case, handmade crafts specifically textiles have an ever increasing demand for quality, design, color and originality, with the potential to increase export volumes in terms of their needs and the identification of more suppliers. The market will which the company is targeting are men and women between the ages of 15 and 69 years of age belonging to the NSE A, B and C of the City of Nottingham, which represent a total of 229,094 people for the potential market, and is expressed in goods amounting to 70.479. Additionally, the available market will comprise of 57% of the potential market which amounts to 40,476 textile products that people would be willing to buy. Also there is the cash market representing 40% of available textiles amounting to 16,190 people who would be willing to purchase via e-commerce. Finally, for purposes of this project and having taken into account the capacity of production outsourced by the Community “New Future Hope“ attend to a target market up to 55% in cash, representing 8.913 annual products. The investment of the project is 168,076.52 soles. The initial investment will be 150,475.25 soles, own contribution being 60% and 40% bank leverage to cover the total project value, recovering the investment in two years and six months. Finally, we conclude that this project is profitable, taking into account the COK 17.18%, resulting in the following financial indicators: VANE S/.167, 016.77 and 48.87% TIRE.
