Abstract

RESUMEN

El propósito de la presente investigación fue el determinar el impacto del financiamiento en la rentabilidad de la construcción de viviendas multifamiliares de la Empresa OT&SA Promotora Inmobiliaria S.A.C. en el distrito de Trujillo 2017. El tipo de investigación a realizar es cuantitativo, el diseño que se ha aplicado en la presente investigación es el no experimental; se observa la información que brinda los estados financieros de las empresas, para luego hacer un diagnóstico del impacto de financiamiento en los estados financieros OT&SA promotora inmobiliaria S.A.C. Trujillo 2017 y tomar las mejores decisiones en beneficio de estas. Se analizaron los estados financieros de la empresa. Se concluye que el financiamiento impacto en la rentabilidad de la construcción de viviendas multifamiliares de la Empresa OT&SA Promotora Inmobiliaria S.A.C. en el distrito de Trujillo, mejorando su liquidez a 1.98 y su rendimiento sobre el capital a 19.14%.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of the present investigation was to determine the impact of financing on the profitability of the construction of multifamily housing of the Company OT & SA Promotora Inmobiliaria S.A.C. in the district of Trujillo 2017. The type of research to be carried out is quantitative, the design that has been applied in the present investigation is the non-experimental one; the information provided by the financial statements of the companies is observed, to then make a diagnosis of the impact of financing on the financial statements. OT & SA real estate developer S.A.C. Trujillo 2017 and make the best decisions for the benefit of these. The financial statements of the company were analyzed. It is concluded that the financing impact on the profitability of the construction of multifamily housing of the Company OT & SA Promotora Inmobiliaria S.A.C. in the district of Trujillo, improving its liquidity to 1.98 and its return on capital to 19.14%.
