The objective of this research was to determine how International Accounting Standard 19, Employee Benefits, affects the State of the Results of the Multiservicios Punre SRL Company, for the financial year 2018. The research had a non-experimental, transversal design and correlational. The data was collected, from the company, through the documentary review technique, using data collection cards as tools. The data were analyzed for each of the variables, making the respective comparisons of each one (personnel expenses with NIC and without NIC). To begin the analysis of the incidence of the International Accounting Standard 19 in the Results State of the Company under study, it begins by explaining some concepts included in the International Accounting Standard, such as short and long term benefits, contributions, participations, salaries, bonuses, among others. In order to accurately understand the development of the research, subsequently, the Results Statement was used to determine what variations this variable registers when applying the Standard. Once the investigation was concluded, the result was that, in applying IAS 19 to the Income Statement, the level of personnel expenses to determine net income is increased; so, it decreases.
